On December 30, 2006, Brandy was involved in a fatal multi-car crash that killed 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj. Now, TMZ reports that Brandy is being slapped with yet another lawsuit by survivor Mallory Ham who claims Brandy “recklessly wantonly, unlawfully, and maliciously” operated her vehicle.
