Coldplay have added an extra London Wembley Stadium date to their forthcoming UK tour – with a very special support act.
Girls Aloud, a firm favourite of Coldplay singer Chris Martin, will also play on the newly announced September 18 date.
The gig will be the first of two shows the band play at the massive venue – they had already confirmed a show there, set to take place on September 19.
As previously reported, Jay-Z will support the band on all the other tour dates, including the second night at Wembley Stadium.

Manchester Old Trafford Cricket Ground (September 12)
Glasgow Hampden Park (16)
London Wembley Stadium (18, 19)
