Whilst Sydney and Brissie will dance to the beat of the inaugural
V Festival
this weekend, the US gears up for their V Festival with a newly reunited
Police
headlining the bill.

Set to take place at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore from August 4-5 this year’s festival will feature fewer, but bigger acts, according to V Festival producer
Seth Hurwitz
.

In an interview with Billboard Magazine Hurwitz made the following comment: “We only have 12 slots a day on two big stages, and our concept is to fill our slots with the absolute best talent available.”

Sad news for US music fans though – V Festival will take place on the same weekend as Chicago’s Lollapalooza.
