Despite her flourishing popularity in the UK, Swedish electro-pop sensation Robyn has yet to crack the difficult US market. That’s about to change, though, thanks to one Cordozar Calvin Broadus, Jr, aka Snoop Dogg.
Coinciding with the US release of her Rakamonie EP this week, Robyn will feature on a new version of Snoop’s current single, Sensual Seduction. The Robyn-blessed re-edit, called Sexual Eruption (Fyre Department remix), is being file-shared like crazy and has blown up in Swedish clubs. A title like that wouldn’t hurt.
With the viral campaign paying off, no official release date has been set for the song.
