Katy Perry is set to headline Gridlock New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles, which will take place December 31 at Paramount Studios in Hollywood.
The event is being billed as “Hollywood’s version of New York’s Times Square”, and will see Paramount Studios’ New York City backlot transformed into four different New York City environments.
