The Spice Girls forthcoming reunion tour has been cast into doubt after it’s been revealed that Victoria ‘Posh Spice’ Beckham is suffering from a chest infection.
The girl group are due to begin rehearsals for the shows – which get underway with a seventeen night residency at the O2 Arena in London on December 15th – next month.
According to the Sun, however, Posh has been plagued by chest problems for the past two months, which she’s been unable to shift with homeopathic medicines.
A ‘course’ told the paper: “Victoria can’t get rid of her infection. She’s worried she won’t be fit while all the other girls are turning their bodies into machines.”
Despite Posh’s problems, the Spice Girls announced yesterday (Ocotber 18th) that they would also play two nights at Manchester’s MEN Arena on January 23rd and 24th as part of their reunion tour.
